All of our Green Ecoglass®️ double glazing lines feature the innovative edge polishing process, with various finishes available to meet the needs of our customers. Below, we detail each of them and their advantages:

1. Flattened Edges: In this finish, only the edges are flattened, which reduces the ability to cut or damage the edges of the glass. This process does not include the rectification of measurements or the application of grinding, offering a simpler and more economical option.

2. Industrial Polished Edge: This finish not only flattens the edges, but also the plane of the edge. Grinding is applied, removing material from the edges and reducing the glass input measurement to that requested by the client, which provides remarkable precision and excellent squareness thanks to our CNC machinery. This option is especially recommended for laminated glass, as it eliminates the offset between the two sheets of glass resulting from the cutting process, as well as removing all the micro-hairs generated during cutting.

3. Glossy Polished Edge: This finish combines all the advantages of the previous ones, adding a fine polishing treatment that provides a shiny and attractive appearance. It is ideal for applications where the edges will be visible, such as in pergolas, ceilings, curtain walls or shop windows that join bone.
