Sustainability

Sustainable Development, by conviction

We have been committed to sustainable development at Cristalería Encinas. We have implemented several systems that optimize resource management, minimizing waste.

  • We make investments in high technology to optimize the cutting of glass raw material, generating the least possible waste.
  • Water treatment plants recycle 100% of the water used in glass manufacturing.
  • We classify glass waste and deliver it to a company specialized in recycling it.
  • We classify and deliver waste such as iron and aluminum to management and recycling companies.
  • We prepare waste such as paper and plastics, and we responsibly manage any other waste, no matter how small.
  • We have a 300KW photovoltaic installation.
