Float Glass

This is a type of glass produced by a float process on a layer of molten tin. This technique allows for obtaining uniform, high-quality sheets of glass, with a uniform thickness and a smooth surface. It is used in various applications, from windows to mirrors, due to its excellent quality and versatility in the construction and manufacture of glass products.

It is also called flat glass, however, not all flat glass is glass manufactured using the float system.
